  1. This one shouldn't be officiating over a Third Division match, let alone an SPL game.
  2. Fuck me, is this the NHL? It's Rangers not the NY Rangers you utter plum. Yellow card no?
  3. Papac may not be a midfielder, however, he has done more for us over the years than many, many a player has done with a far bigger reputation and higher salary. To turn on someone like Sasa is stunning. Denied another goal btw! Come on Rangers 2-1
  4. Just got in to see all these developments. Super Ally of McCoist Rangers Legend, past, present and future.
  5. Mon the Gala! These things are remembered and are not easily forgotten, thanks mate.
  6. He is one of our most important players, could be argued at the moment he is our most important player for a number of reasons
  7. Love the guy; he has conducted himself with sheer class since he has arrived. The epitome of what someone playing for the biggest team in Scotland should be doing. Can’t believe he was wasting away and going nowhere with European Trophy winners of 1583.
  8. Oh I know how bad it could all get, I'm just hoping that a player who probably gives us %200 more than %50 of the current squad might be retained through a bit of foresight. Especially when there have been a few players who have been leeching from our club this season whilst contributing nothing on mega bucks. This isn't the time to have a go at any Rangers player and name names, though the above point stands. As I say, however, it's more in hope than in expectation.
  9. Couldn't have put it better. I've always been fully behind any Rangers 11, but they'll be a wee lump in my throat on Saturday and an extra wee cheer for that 18 and Super.
  10. True perhaps, however, now is the time to get behind a player who has provided us with many great displays and a major factor in our 3IAR. He'll know more than most what it means to play for The Rangers. Well said by Boca though!
  11. Aluko has been brilliant for us and just what we have been missing for a hell of a time. I know he was on a short term initial deal; however, surely his worth to the team and potential league success is far more than your average player on the same sort of contract such as Healy or Kerkar. If he continues to play anything like he has played for us then, looking at it from the point of view of the vultures, he’ll have a more than decent sell on value. I know common sense doesn’t always equate in times like these, though surely Sone would be one we’d be looking to hang on to. Thoughts lads? Hopeful Loyal
  12. He is good at pandering to the less than intelligent section of the support; which, to be honest, is a large chunk. Reid is another, no surprise that he worked under one of the biggest habitual and congenital peddlers of spin / shite that this country has ever seen. The worst part is, I think he genuinely thinks he is amusing or in some way humorous. Even being objective for a second, he just simply is not funny.
  13. Thanks for that, mate The looks on the faces of that mob after the Greek tit misses is totally priceless. Cheered me up a bit.
  14. A minor annoyance is the perception of some that it was signing the likes of Laudrup and Gazza which means we are in this mess when in fact that our current woes actually have bugger all to do with 9IAR. Anyway, it is true legend is a far too over used word. Not in this case, however.
  15. Good post. This could only make me love Rangers even more than I already do, if that were at all possible. I'll certainly be making an effort to get back to Glasgow and go to Ibrox as the season goes on, even though I never miss a match from over here. For anyone even pondering not following or supporting us in the wake of this, don't let the door hit your arse on the way out. RTID
  16. Because he's an Arsenal youth product, obviously Seriously though, I think his reputation and that of his parent club has ment he has avoided the kind of criticism than if we had gone and bought him for the type of fee Arsenal would be expecting. If someone like JM had come in and played the way Bartley has half of the time then there would be uproar. He never did. Bartley gets an amazingly easy ride on hear for some reason.
  17. Speaking for myself, I always support every Rangers player when they are on the pitch and give them my 100% backing. That is a different thing to thinking they should be playing in the team. He did really well; in a position suited to him. That in no way vindicates his inclusion at CM and certainly isn’t any justification for him playing CM, if anything, it is the complete opposite. Just shows what kind of job he can do when played in his proper position. Once again, well in Jig and a good move by Ally for sticking him up there.
  18. He was really impressive actually. Never a CM in a million years, however, excellent in the role he played yesterday and as others have said, offered far more than Jelavic had previously done on many occasions this season. Well in Jig!
  19. I try hard every day to forget, aww Christ I'm off for a tablet now
