  1. Third game in a row where we don't look even remotely interested in winning. It might be very difficult to get out if this poor form before the cup final.
  2. I'd argue that the pressure is on US for this game, as we're expected to win it. Anything less will be seen as a failure on our part.
  3. I'm in that picture (not the guy with the arrow, I'm much further to the right) :-)
  4. I'm beginning to think that McTurdo and Phil 3 names are the same person.
  5. The fact that (hopefully) we'll be starting with a brand new squad & management team means that we'll likely take a few weeks to gel as a team, quite probably giving teams like Hivs & St Midden an opportunity to open up a gap from the start. We need to get our act together as soon as possible to minimise that gap as I don't think it'll be easy to recover from a poor start, as this season has shown. Ideally we should already have an idea of who's coming in as manager and what players he's likely to bring.
  6. McCall showing that he's not good enough with that abomination of a tactical change today. The Old Boys network alive and well as long as he remains at the club.
  7. Getting beat of Hivs probably isn't as bad as drawing with Cowdenbeath, Livingstone & Alloa.
  8. Always used the Churchon The Hill any time I've been to Hampden. Always mobbed, butservice is pretty good considering the numbers that are in there.
  9. Somehow I don't see Friday's game against Hearts as "a mouth watering prospect." More of a pant wetting, judging on today's performance (and the 10 or so before today)
  10. Jig as a coach??? Right lads, this is how you react to losing out in a challenge - fall down, look confused, rub head and check for imaginery blood & stare at the ref.
  11. We've beaten pish top flight teams. Kilmarnock & ICT were both very poor sides. QOTS & Hivs have managed to take us apart with ease. If we have a change of management and get someone who can motivate & get the best out of players we'll have a chance given a kind draw. But realistically, it's unlikely we'll get close to the Scottish Cup Final.
  12. Our subs don't "work away" at half time. They aimlessly kick the ball around - including the 'keeper. That's been a bugbear of mine for seasons now. Especially the 'keeper fannying around, he should be practising cathes, diving etc.
  13. We won't get anywhere near to winning the Scottish Cup this season, so it's a pretty pointless question in the first place.
