I've watched all but one of our games this season and Fraser Aird is definitely the most promising player out of that crop for me. He looks to be exactly the player we've been crying out for. McKay has been exciting but needs to work on passing and shooting. MacLeod looked lost when we played him on the wings but since he's played central in past two games his class has shown. If he keeps up that form he could be our CM for years to come.

This SFA situation with Naismith makes me laugh and rage in equal measures. Sheer hypocrisy.

Guys who only played a couple of games like Ostenstaadt etc. shouldn't qualify. For me, Bert Konterman is the worst player I watched for us. His signing pretty much signaled the rails coming off Advocaat's reign. We looked unstoppable for 2 seasons then this clown appeared and messed it up. I can't believe we persisted with him for so long. He was truly an awful defender. He's the sort of player Walter would've punted at the first opportunity. Karl Svensson is not far behind him. Can't stand centre-backs that clearly have no clue how to defend.

I liked Mo. Not blessed with the best skills, but he was an important part of a successful team. He deserves to remembered fondly.

I agree. I think it's a waste of time having Wallace play left midfield. We went through this last season with him and Papac playing that position and it got us nowhere. At best, Wallace is going to recycle the ball. He can't go by a player and hardly gets any crosses in. He should be at left back and nowhere else. Little at right-mid is a bit more dynamic at least, but it would be nice to see a natural right-mid out there to allow Little to play up front. We're missing a big trick here. We need to get more decent crosses in. When Wylde was in his pomp at the end of 2010/11 season his crosses set up tonnes of chances. It's a simple game.

If we continue to back Rangers like we have since going into admin we should be able to get a decent squad together that can punch above it's weight in Europe. By the time we are able to play in Europe again we may be at square one, but our backing should give us an advantage over diddy clubs like Motherwell etc.

If we were allowed to sign players in January there would be every chance we could compete for the League and Scottish Cup. As it is right now with this embargo the squad is going to be too bare and makeshift to step up and win these cups. I expect Div. 3 title and Challenge Cup.

To be fair, this was about the toughest tie we could've had at an early stage of the season too. We do need to improve our possession play big-time though in these away games.

Positives: Back four. Limited Falkirk to nothing really even though they put on a lot of pressure. Andy Little. Great goal and amazing work rate all night. Nothing else to shout about really.
