We’ve already laid down and accepted it. If we get fined and don’t pay then they take it from payments due to us and can impose further sanctions. The time to challenge it was six years ago. Or even when King took over. There’s no point in taking over and waiting until there’s suddenly a problem with the 5WA and moaning about it.

I know what your saying and for the current board that ship has sailed but it actually hurts that we just lay down every time and happily take a kicking without ever responding in a way that would make us all proud!!

They would need to be sanctioned by the SFA. Do you see them giving it the go-ahead?

SO do we just lay down and accept it or do we challenge them, push them and actually show some balls for a change? Both as fans and as a Club we need to start being arrogant fuckers, sticking up for ourselves, speak out, challenge everything and if we get fined a few times then so be it but its time we were fucking loud and proud!

  3. Am bored with all this shit nowadays. We have an SFA, City Council and Government in place that hate everything about us, our history, our Club and especially our fanbase and seek to punish us at every opportunity. They pumped millions of public money into redeveloping the piggery and surroundings areas, every offence possible by their scum fans has been ignored or its a gentle slapped wrist whilst millions of pounds and immense effort goes into trying to wipe us, our Club and our traditions out and remove all trace of us from history!

What the fuck can we do about it when we have a fractured fanbase, weak ownership, no investment or first team strategy and are constantly under a legal cloud of shite!

Have never agreed with the concept of joining the lower leagues down south but I've come round and wish we could just fuck off and join the Blue Square Northern League and let them implode up here without our cash or the coverage!

  4. I didnt think it was a red on the night but having seen that angle I'm assuming there will be a retrospective red given! Was watching on a phone and originally thought Jack had slid some way into the Motherwell player but that def looks deliberate and the boot left in with no chance of playing the ball!

On the the contrary, the more loans and piling up debt will make us financially distressed, or more to the point the Directors doing the lending, as none of them are overly wealthy to sustain it indefinitely, unless they want to end up paupers..

As we don't make a profit, there is only asset value and that's maxed out due to loans. The tipping point for these Directors to bolt is close, otherwise they risk making heavy losses. Any potential buyers will see that and not move until there is a serious crises, unless of course the board approach potential buyers first and reach a suitable deal.

There is no way anyone is ponying up 20+ mil to pay off loans, plus about the same in shares, plus another 20 mil to invest in players to challenge for the title.  We are simply not worth it and these Directors know that more than most and I do expect their collective erses to be twitching.

Any potentional investor will already know the approximate wealth of each Director and simply  wait until they starve themselves out, as I said none are overly wealthy to actually be  throwing away any more money on us, because that is all they would be doing, as they are not prepared to invest enough to make a challenge and have a go at the CL, being the only way they have any chance of increasing our income, their ROI and our sell on value.

IMO we are either at that tipping point or very close, to them cashing in what chips they have left.

Would love to know what collateral has been used to secure those loans!! All we have is the stadium and the training facility!!!

  6. said on the match thread we would beat motherwell and I stand by that! It wont be a pretty game to watch but they are a lot weaker now than the cup game and i think they will score but we will sneak a couple! See some red cards and about six bookings as well!! For the scum I sadly think we will get embarrassed and thats something I've never predicted against them!!! Just dont think we have the skill, pace, quality, anything really thats enough to take them on!!

What you say may be true - it’s stil no reason to start or support threads like this.

Thats a fair point and hadn't even noticed the name of the thread but was browsing through them as usual! Murty has so much negativity around him and is already tainted (because of the board) but we should at least all try to be supportive whilst he is the man in the chair.

So some of the things said against Murty are ‘unfair’ - but you challenge me for challenging that unfairness? And folk say I’m strange.

Even a great manager is only looking for second this season now - the league is not there to be won ( but in football nothing is a given) but we need to improve - I just don’t see how we help that improvement with all this negativity towards Murty ( and to me folk criticising the board for Appointing  him are dowing just that)

everyone keeps telling me they want us to succeed, they want Murty to succeed and then go on to say why he can’t / won’t. That’s mince to me.

    Off to polish another turd.

I agree that at best we are looking at second this season and that is the main reason why Murty should have remained as a proper interim and the board appoint a strong permanent manager as soon as possible. Its not about accepting that no matter who has the job we will finish second at best this season its really about doing all we can to try and ensure we are in the best position possible to finish first next season. Thats why we need a strong manager at the helm now as they need to unload what we can playerwise during Jan and then hopefully be in a position to secure some decent guys on loan and out of contract supplemented with the best of whatever Murty can produce from the U20's and the best we can get from the limited funds we will have in the summer.

By appointing Murty to the end of the season it feels to me that those in charge dont have the ability or financial backing to ever win the league whilst they remain involved at the Club.

Thought this was a management suggestion at first. To be fair, there's been worse suggestions made on here.

Management!! Could get a start I reckon in the first team as he is more skilled and still has more pace than a few of them ?

Threads like this give people an opportunity to voice their jealousy or dislike of others for no other reason than that.

You want a protest or a march? Organise it then!

Fuck that!! A March or a protest this time of year!! It’s snowing outside so we are all content to sit behind our keyboards and throw virtual stones!! Or have a quick tug whilst watching vids on xhamster because the match is shit and we need to keep our spirits up ?

  12. Problem is I dont believe in protesting as its embarrassing and dont believe in not showing up when i can because I will always back the team on the pitch over our competition and love that matchday experience. DK knows there are 10's of thousands like me and will continue to rob us blind!! We know we are being taken for mugs, we have suffered and been embarrassed for a good few years now but still we break all records when asked. Love truly is blind!!
