I don't even think he's good enough for this level. He was lucky to have 17 goals laid to him on a plate, and if he's going to score here, he'll have to get the same balls in, but the same can be said for any striker. The most disappointing thing so far has been his lack of effort and commitment, people might say that he hasn't had games for a while but the least we can ask for is at least 50% effort, he just doesn't look bothered at all. Maybe dropping him will force him to get his act together (if he's got one).

Other positions are more pressing now IMO. Centrally, we're very, very strong with Emilson, McCulloch, Black, all the new strikers but I think we probably could do with another full back and a midfielder who can play on either side. McCulloch and Little can also play at CB if injuries and suspensions kick in. For the people saying 'he's had his chance', he didn't get half the chances Sandaza got, and Beattie has openly said that he'd be happy to join. I'd back him if he joins.

Dimdee United squad a lot stronger than Motherwell's IMO.
