As a player in that scenario you’ve got two options A.) sign for feyenoord who have a youth academy that has a path into the first team and get the chance to play and a well respected league B.) sign for rangers who despite having an excellent youth development set up never progress anyone to the first time and live in the 3rd world back water that’s scotland

He does have bags of potential and I hope he does make it here but he will Need to adjust , his decision making is one of his weak points and the MLS is a slow paced league where you get a lot of time on the ball , compare that to the SPFL where you get seconds to breathe it’ll be a challenge for him

Things are going in the right direction with stadium experience hopefully. when I was last in Madrid I did the bernebeu tour, went round the stadium trophy room etc , bought a top and some other stuff out the gift shop and as it was pre season they had a cafe built up on the seats on a platform thing so had some lunch , must have spent nearly €150 euros that day so I can see the direction we are going in , Scotland has a big tourist industry and we need to take advantage of it
