My main reasoning for him needing to go is his defeatist mentality has clearly rubbed off on the players.

Don't get the hate for Tav, when on form and not carrying an injury he is easily one of our best players. I agree he isnt a captain but I would struggle to name a suitable replacement from the current squad. The more experienced players and supposed Rangers men in Davis, Shagger, Arfield and Jack are more culpable. They are supposed to be dye in the wool fans yet they arent vocal and have meekly shrank on the pitch as much as the rest of them. End of the day the manager needs to fuck off and the majority of this squad needs to be refreshed. Rb would be one of the last places I'd look to be strengthening.
