  1. Thank you. Will PM next Tuesday morning, bright and early.
  2. £20 for an Ibrox print, please. I''d collect and pay cash at Ibrox on the 21st.
  3. Fantastic gesture by The Greatest Football Club in the World. Well done GB.
  4. The Civil Service in general in Scotland has a higher proportion of RCs than Protestants. The Civil Service is no longer seen as a good career for those with decent educational qualifications.
  5. Please let me know how I can pay my membership and make a fund donation and I'll sort it when I get back from my trip to the Thringstone RSC End of Season Dance. Thanks.
  6. Fantastic day out for Erskine residents. Well done, GB. I'm sure everyone on here will join me in saying Thank You to all the staff and volunteers who look after the Erskine residents. It's a hard but rewarding job; a labour of love in many cases. Proud to support Rangers and Erskine.
  7. I'll be at The Thringstone RSC End of Season Dance or I would definitely have been there. I hope you have a successful day and look forward to hearing all about the Dedication Service and seeing some pics. Good Luck for Sunday.
  8. Just received a text from a mate who is at the Service. The Crematorium is full and there is over 100 people outside, cars parked for about 200 metres down both sides of the street. Lots of Service Personnel and Rangers supporters in attendance. Well done to everyone who made it. The Rangers Family and the Forces Families coming together to pay respects to someone who served their country all of his life.
  9. http://www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk/project/erskine-celebrates-commonwealth-games Please click on the link and Vote for Erskine to hopefully get some dosh from the National Lottery Good Causes Fund. Apologies for posting this in The Bears' Den but I wanted to get maximum exposure for Erskine and didn't really know which Forum was the appropriate one. Erskine needs to raise £9m per annum voluntarily to run their homes. Every vote counts. Let's do it, Bears and Bearettes.
  10. What a sad, sad story but I'm sure it will have a happy outcome. This is where Rangers forums and social media come to the fore and can help fellow bears and ex-service personnel. Rest in Peace, sir. Your service to Our Great Nation deserves a fitting send off and I'm sure you will get one.
  11. A fantastic story. The wee man looks great for his age and to still be able to get along to Ibrox is superb. Thanks for posting.
  12. I'm not Lee, as some on here can confirm. Lee has played for Northern Ireland through his grandfather. When he was asked to play for Ireland he originally said, "No f#ckin chance." thinking it was the Rhepublic but was delighted to learn it was Northern Ireland. He is Rangers daft and when offered the chance to join Septic a few years ago told them to "F#ck off."
  13. I wasn't overly impressed by Cammy Bell's performances on his return from injury and I'm not sure he has got over his shoulder injury. Do you think we need to sign a new keeper? I do and I think Lee Camp, currently at Bournemouth, would be a good addition. He's Rangers mad and I'm sure would sign for us in a heartbeat. Thoughts, please.
  14. An excellent press conference. Articulate, intelligent, enthusiastic, passionate, respectful. Qualities which the great Bill Struth would surely say is required of all Rangers Managers. I like this man and I'm sure that players will want to listen to him, be guided by him and to learn from him. I was particularly impressed by his comments about value off the field. I don't this guy will suffer fools gladly. I also liked the passion in his voice when he spoke about Our Club, its history and traditions, the Stadium, Auchenhowie and Our Supporters. It's now time for us to get behind this guy. Together Everyone Achieves More.
  15. A message to Mark Warburton ..... For we are the people and He is our God. Give us each day our daily bread. Amen.
  16. Really excited about this. I've been off the swally for a few days but will be back on it following tomorrow's announcement. Welcome to Ibrox Mr Warburton.
  17. A long, long time since I was 18. I'll be getting a Concession (OAP) ticket in a few seasons.
  18. Anyone on here going to an RSC End of Season Dinner Dance soon? I'm looking forward to going down to Thringstone, Leicestershire on the 27th of this month for their Annual Dance. Andy Goram is this year's guest speaker. Corby Purple Star Flute Band will be providing the tunes. It's always a great night at Thringstone RSC's Annual Dance. If you live nearby why not come along? Have a look on Thringstone RSC website for more details. http://www.thringstonebranchrangerssupportersclub.co.uk/
  19. I'm GR3. £475 last season and £499 this season. The closer you are to the halfway line the dearer the ST. Apologies, that should be Sandy Jardine Rear. Been on the sauce all day.
  20. My ST will be renewed by the end of the week. Don't know what I'd do with myself if I didn't follow Rangers. I hate the close season and can't wait to get back to Ibrox. Our team might be gash but at least we've still got a team to support. I don't give a monkey's about any Board; all that matters to me is seeing the team.
  21. Sad, sad news. Stonewall, as I remember him, was a gentleman at all times. Rest in Peace.
  22. A man after my own heart.
