I'm loving Kingdoms of Amalur just now. Wee tip though, play it on hard, you get hideously over levelled quite quickly.

It's a new one. Bridges the gap between 2 and 3 when that's made. I'm quite enjoying it so far.

Flicking between Skyrim and Kingdoms of Amalur on the Xbox. Both huge games so might be at it a while. Also still playing Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii. Got Kingdom Hearts - Dream Drop distance on the go on my 3DS.

Super Mario 3Dland for the 3DS Dragon Quest IX for the DS Resident Evil 5 on the Xbox360 (playing co-op with the wife) Tony Hawks Pro Skater HD on the Xbox 360 Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii (again) A few emulated SNES RPGs And a pile of shitey iPhone games.

I was ten years old and watching the game with my dad and brother. We were all very sad and my dad remarked 'Scotland will never have another manager like him' Looking back it seems he was right. It's on a par (maybe a bit more powerful) than a PS3. The wee man'll love the 3DS. Get Marioland 3D, it's the best out of all the games so far imo. If you're a gamer yourself get Resident Evil Revelations for when the wee man's in his kip.

It seems from reading stuff on here that it's all Ally's fault. What about the guys on the pitch that miss the chances, let opposition players through on goal and just generally don't turn up away from home. I'll admit the tactics are pretty bad and that does come from the management team but for fuck sake, the players are the ones on the pitch losing the goals.

I'll definitely be paying for this. Most of the dodgy streams are rotten quality. Why wouldn't anyone who watches online rather pay money to the club and see a good picture for a change?

So if it really was just a harmless pastiche of the Mad Men opening credits then where was the additional pop culture reference to Motherwell being in the ascendency as the form team in the SPL? All they did was pop up a couple of pictures then straight to the video of previous games. I'm not offended by the montage in the slightest by the way, I just think it's shite.

I didn't think Patterson was too bad either but the other boy kept putting in wee facts like we haven't won away yet or listing the teams we've dropped points against when it wasn't a league game. Cunt couldn't help himself.

What an enjoyable game that was. Some brilliant performances, Wallace, Hutton, Jig, Shiels,Aird. Class all round.

I don't know whether I agree or disagree with you here. I was really looking forward to a return to the series roots, as they did with Resi Revelations on the 3DS. I love the original 2 Resident Evils. The atmosphere is perfect in both of them. Creepy, jumpy and a wee bit scary. You didn't need loads of fast moving zombies to get the feel of them. A shuffling cadaver was enough in most cases, especially if you were low on ammo and they were getting closer and closer. Games have moved with the times though. In speeding up the player characters and giving them less restricted movement the developers have had to change the enemies so that you're not running rings around them. Can you imagine having to use the old tank controls these days? The games wouldn't sell at all and would be seen as archaic. In these days of kids claiming to be hardcore gamers cause they'll only play violent shooters Capcom have had to move with the times and make Resi more like Gears of War rather than stay true to the minimal enemy, atmospheric games they used to make. The old style games wouldn't sell. I wish they would keep it creepy and atmospheric though, I just don't think we'll see a game like the first 2 again though.
