To think of the defence we had last year till now is night and day, id say it was our weakest area, and now our strongest. Tho Id like to see one more CB if we don't have Gasparotto in the first team because McGregor is the only other decent option if we get any injuries. The way we are setting up to play our CB's are gonna see hell of a lot of the ball and i don't trust Zaliukus one bit, Gasparotto isn't really tested so we don't know how well he'd play to this system!

I feel we are lacking up front! Nicky Clark and Kenny Miller don't cut it for me. Waghorn looked strong and linked up well but i still feel we need more competition. Hardie and Gallagher i feel can't be relied on to bang the goals in, plus i think they will be deployed wide rather than through the centre

Does anybody think they where told specificly not to cross the ball in, and also to pass every set piece? Im hoping this is just for the friendly, and a bit of practice for set plays and not how we are going to play week in week out?

Thought Tavernier was Impressive tonight, was also impressed with Fraser Aird at right back. Would make decent cover i suppose. Foderingham took to that style really well, think he was the calmest player on the park with the ball at his feet, which was heart in mouth sometimes. Don't think Cammy Bell could handle being on the ball as much as that! Young Thompson looked quality for me, never gave the ball away once and was quick and tidy on the ball! Nicky Clark for me is honking, Get him to fuck!
