I would be tempted to use O'Halloran as a CF and play King and McKay wide and use Miller as one of the 60 minute subs. Clark never fills me with confidence and I think O'Halloran's physique would be suited to being CF.

That would be plain old betting mate! That's the whole point in matched betting! To stop things like that being annoying you need to distance yourself from the outcome of any back or lays. The whole point is to make money on every transaction so the outcome of any match/game is irrelevant. It's about the long term gains!
