That's for contracts that are up at the end of the season. Nothing to do with members of the squad with 3 years or whatever on a contract. Its basicly a notice period that you get in any job

I always thought if a club has a dof the managers position didn't exist and it was just a head coach. If that was the case the head coach didn't get a final say on transfers ?

50/50 about this one. I don't know if its the lack of football before he sign or his confidence but he looks a total different player to what I remember. You know exactly what he's gonna do every time he gets the ball.
