  1. They would just deduct us points for our players being "disrespectful" to our opponents.
  2. More negative press for big, bad Rangers. Been far too many positive headlines about us over the past couple of weeks, can't be having that now. Cannot wait till we start winning the league again, putting all the haters back in their box.
  3. When we win the league again their fans will break the internet
  4. Wait till we start pumpin them on the park again......which is all that matters. Start winning again and enjoy the meltdown.
  5. stick it up them mate. The same tims that pay 50 quid a skull to come to Ibrox and watch their team play a "six year old" club Tell them when you go to work tomorrow that we've had the biggest away support in Britain the last 2 seasons. If the roles were reversed the smsm would be shouting it from the rooftops. They are also spewin at the loyalty of our support.
  6. Mate our very existance disturbs them, the fact that they thought they could finish us off but our fans said no, fuck that. They are more obssessed about us than anything else. Big, bad Rangers. They hate us more than they love their own clubs and can't even mention the word Rangers without frothing at the mouth. It eats them up inside........which is nice. Can't be healthy for them with the all consuming rage and hatred they have for us. Not all fans in the country feel this way about us of course but the ones that do are mentalists.
  7. Wasn't in the room when it happened, naw. But I heard Mark Allen say in yesterday's press conference that Steven Gerrard fully endorsed the signing and was happy with it. Maybe he was signing anyway as you say and as I already agreed he's not Gerrard's signing. He's here now and hopefully he does the business for us.
  8. He does deserve to have a run in the team as we have only seen him in what, about 9 or 10 games? It would be unfair to say he's pish when he hasn't played 3 games in a row........yet It would be mental to pay his wages for 2 years then punt him as soon as he seems to be getting fitter. Are people actually suggestimg we extend his contract? FFS. No need to extend it anyway as he has 2 years left I think. If he stays healthy and in the team next season then we could offer him new terms at some point. He may or may not turn out to be an outstanding player for us but he at least deserves the chance to show us what he can do when fit.
  9. He certainly deserves some luck on the injury front. He has an enthusiasm for the game that's infectious......he seems to be permenantly buzzin. Plays the game with a smile on his face and with a totally commited attitude. Really hope his troubles are behind him now. Regarding Gerrard if memory serves he was out injured regularly when he was about Rossiter's age and he managed to overcome it and have an incredible footballing career. Not comparing him with Gerrard at all in terms of footballing ability, just pointing out that he's not the first young player to pick up lots of injuries early in his career.
  10. Here's hoping. He deserves some luck in staying injury free.
  11. Think that's the first time I've ever seen him smile He was lethal for us in those first 4 months, 30 odd goals then a fucked eye playing squash FFS.
  12. Totally agree he isn't Gerrard's signing, just pointing out that he gave the ok for it when informed by Allen. If he didn't fancy him he would have said no.
  13. Arfield signed for Rangers yesterday, Steven Gerrard signed his Rangers contract on the 4th of May. It obviously wan't a secret we were after Arfield but he didn't officially become a Rangers player untill yesterday. I think Allen confirmed in yesterday's interview that he informed Gerrard of our intent to sign the lad and got the ok from him regarding it. Agree Gerrard didn't have any influence in signing him but he did give his consent to it when asked by Allen. I can't remember seeing the lad play at all so have no idea if he will be good or not. Time will tell I suppose.
  14. Arfield is a Mark Allen signing that was ok'd by Steven Gerrard. If he didn't want him he would have said naw. I'm certain that Gerrard already knows we need strengthened all over the park, including defence. He doesn't even have his feet under the managers table yet, wait till 1st of June when he officially starts his job and the transfer window opens. Then we should all have a fairer idea of where he is going to strengthen and with whom. Next few weeks are going to be filled with absolute media pish about this player and that player.......wait and see who we actually sign/are interested in, not listen to media shite.
  15. Was hoping he was a centre half who can actually tackle, pass, *head a football * I know Alves is immense in the air.
  16. I never look up any of their articles. Only ones I see are the ones people post in here. bbc, must be true then
  17. Nope, no one from the club has said his budget will be 6m. Fans putting 2 and 2 together.
  18. Fuck knows, was a bonkers game.
  19. It was so obvious mate, they were jizzing themselves when hivs were all over us and 3-0 up then spewin when we pulled it back to 3-3 then went in front.
  20. Rossiter being fit at last is a bonus for me, been injured for the best part of 2 seasons so surely it's better to have him available for selection as we pay his wages anyway. Hope he stays fit this time, he deserves a bit of luck. I haven't seen enough of him to know if he will be a good addition to our squad but today he was our best player, scored a great goal and has plenty of fight and desire, something sorely lacking in our entire squad. Also think McCrorie can be great for us at DM as he has been better than most in there. Both might turn out to be not good enough but both are young and both look like they actually give a fuck when they pull on that jersey. I'm giving them both the benefit of the doubt for now. After the season we have just endured can you blame anyone for feeling even a little bit positive regarding what they might achieve at our club?
  21. We had the biggest away support in Britain last season too bud. WATP
  22. Very true bud but if he does his job they are a man down after about 20 minutes. Stonewall penalty at 5-3 and whittaker should have had 2 yellows. Sheep pen on Tuesday was a joke also. Our reaction to it was a joke too being fair. We finished 3rd because of our shit performances over the season and the players aren't good enough by any stretch of the imagination but doesn't change the fact we had an unbelievable amount of game changing decisions go against us this season. Hoping next season these shocking decisions won't matter as we'll still be good enough to win most games. Optimistic Loyal
