GORDON STRACHAN today admitted he would have been sent off if he had been playing in yesterday's 1-0 defeat for Celtic at Falkirk.

The Parkhead boss commended his under-fire players for keeping their cool in the face of several highly-dubious calls by referee John Underhill.

Stephen McManus was sent off and Steven Pressley, Paul Hartley and Kenny Miller all booked. (beer)
