PaulRFC1 115 Posted September 14, 2010 Share Posted September 14, 2010 To let Rooney out his backpocket now :DBig Broadfoot was terrific aswell, didnt give them a sniff down that right side.McCulloch was brilliant in the holding role and proved me wrong as I thought he couldnt play there.All round great performance apart from Davis and Miller.Miller is never a lone striker and Davis was so wasteful, gave away possession far too often and it was not good enough.Well done Rangers and Well done Smith I doubted the 5 at the back but well fucking done.Im very optimistic about this group now after getting a draw at old trafford. PaulRFC1 115 Posted September 14, 2010 Author Share Posted September 14, 2010 Im not having a go at him, I just don't feel he is a lone striker.I prefer a lone striker to be strong and hold the ball up and relieve the pressure and I don't think he can do that.I thought he had nothing to do but the few times he got the ball into feet he couldn't hold it up and it ended up with us losing the ball again.
