alstone 374
Its amazing the way he strikes a ball its a way that is totally unique. He's in the same boat as roberto carlos with free kicks, scores some unbeleivable ones but most of them are either into the wall or row z. All ronaldos good free kicks have been against shite teams also
Jimfanciesthedude 24,926
what i find strange nowadays is that with the style of freekicks being takenjust why the fuck do teams persist with defensive walls at certain rangesthe likes of ronaldo's freekick, why not have 2 less in the wall, and instead put a man on the post, or even a man on either post and let the keeper stand in the middleat certain ranges against certain free kick takers, a defensive wall can be pretty much a waste of 4 or even 5 players that would be better off man markingeven if the keeper gets across to that ronaldo freekick, theres a pretty good chance he'll only parry it out to an onrushing striker
