I need an internet connectivity gadget?

I am looking for a gadget with a fairly big screen 5" or so, and can connect to to the internet wirelessly.

And can also view all sites available on the web and play videos.

I am looking something not too expensive around the £100 or lower mark.

Anyone got any ideas.

£100 for a 5inch screen with full internet access? Good luck with that but i reckon that even if you went £200 you'll be looking at then second hand market.

I went £320 for a 4inch samsung galaxy s phone and would recommend it.
