ManchestGer 351 Posted January 18, 2011 Share Posted January 18, 2011 Came across this whilst doing some research at workDigital / ScotlandRangers FC has unveiled an enhanced media app, having originally launched its official iPhone and Ipod Touch in 2009.The new app offers two packages; access for fans to live commentary from Rangers Radio, for £2.99 per month or video content, including full games on-demand and Rangers Goals of the Month, as well as access to Rangers Radio £3.99 a month.A weekly news report from Rangers News Room, along with the pre-match Blues News show, as well as fixtures, match stats and players profiles will also be made available.Martin Brain, chief executive of Rangers, commented: “RangersTV.tv, our pioneering online TV station, has been a huge success and the Club is leading the way once again with the launch of the Rangers Media App.“Our supporters have a huge appetite for news and the new App, allied to our existing Club Media platforms, allows them to stay in touch with the Club 365 days a year.” Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

BILL.I.AM 18 Posted January 18, 2011 Share Posted January 18, 2011 A went to upgrade from the original Rangers app yesterday but ive only got iphone 3G n haven't upgraded to the latest software. Glad I didn't it's basically pointless as u need wi-fi and if uve got wi-fi uve usually got access to a pc/laptop and if thats the case u may aswell just subscribe to RangersTV.The original app has latest news, fixtures, match reports etc. without any monthly bills.
