Raligt 2,541 Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 If McGregor goes I think we should sign Timo Hildebrand.Always rated him, isn't getting a game at Sporting Lisbon and wouldn't command too high a wage if he was getting first team football.At 31 he is still a good age for a goalkeeper.Also I didn't know this till I had a look on his wiki that he holds a Bundesliga record for keeping a clean sheet for 884 consecutive minutes.I think signing him on a pre contract or a small fee to get him now would be a great shout.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timo_HildebrandThoughts?
