John McClelland

Recommended Posts

Not too sure myself but I think it may have benn FISH that said something along the lines of McClelland was only put in charge by SDM so SDM didn't have to take the flack about how bad things had become financially.

Thats exactly why he was brought in (tu)

SDM seems as slippery as THEFISH!!!

Is that possible?

Are they one and the same?????

Who knows?

There is a big difference between me and him, Im concerned about the long term future of RFC, he is not !

If any RFC supporter thinks he has then they are way out of touch :pipeguy:

McLelland was put in place to 'financially stabilise' us, but he will be best remembered for overseeing the era of the Capuchos, Manieros and Ostenstads.

He doesn't have a clue about football, he's a businessman - and he was used to try to manage us at a tight time.

Then SDM comes in like a knight in shining armour to take over again.

The other difference being that you never have to provide any answers or solutions. It's always easier to criticise than to be constructive

Fish, I must ask.

You say your interested in the long term future of RFC, but at the same time say you wouldn't be happy unless Murray pumped £20million+ a season into the team.

We all know both can't happen, so what would your solution be?
