I use photoshop mate, if you can download buy it, then after a while of basicly getting used to everything on it and looking at a few tutorials you should have the hang of it, only thing that you really need are ideas mate, and then the ability to put them into it haha.

Im not sure mate haha either 3 or 4, i bought the portable version. Only difference is it takes up less memory on your hardrive mate.
