Escobar 13,676
Normally no-one wants the break, with results going the right way and players hitting top form. But with us being out of Europe and only the League to contend, is it a good time for the International Break?
King Jela 20,580
Positive imo.
Escobar 13,676
Postives could be that it will give us more time for the injured players to return to action.
Colonel Mustard 380
It's a Godsend. Our injuries can get closer to clearing up, and maybe Ally can think about developing a system we can play to without looking like a team from the Juniors.Maybe Edu can also use the time to learn how to tackle a fish supper. MartinGers93 388
Definitely positive in this case. Players with injuries can have time to heal and get back to fitness.
ForeverBlue_Since91 2,895
Everytime theres an International break we always drop points when it's time to get back to business in the SPL. But it will give us time to get the injured players back, thats the only positive side to it.
MikeBlue 136
Who voted negative? You really would want us going into a another game asap with half the team unfit?
demise 3,563
I usually hate the international brakes, im sure most of us do. But this time it might be a good thing. We have some injured players, and also, we are playing poor. So hopefully we will make the best of it and come back stronger in 2 weeks. BILLYBOY50 1,638
positive need to get our injured players back and with no midweek euro ties we can push on. hopefully with a fresher and fitter squad of players also gives the management time to think about what systems we will be adopting for the up and coming games,ie: stop just punting the high ball up to jela and laff get it down and play attacking football that we are actually quite good at now and again. w.a.t.p
caseyjones 3,009
The football wasn't scintillating even before we had those injuries. If anyone believes that is where the problem lies they haven't been watching.
