DK reported that administrators have said there is no evidence Whyte has claim of the floating charge over club debts, who would have the floating charge then? HMRC or Ticketus probably. I can see the courts getting very busy over this if true.

Does this mean Whyte is not a secured creditor?

Ticketus have no claim on anything apart from season tickets, and possibly not even that. They are not claiming secured creditor status as they are not at this point a creditor.

Paul Clark said it's not Ticketus. He acknowledged that Whyte has a claim for it but he doesn't see how that claim could possibly be valid since he hasn't put anything in. It's been posted on this forum already, but here is his interview: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/scotland/17306585

Whyte is still on public record as a secured creditor, but according to the admins that's not worth a penny to him as he is not owed anything by the club. So far there is absolutely no evidence that he has invested a single penny in Rangers.

Rangers fans listening to Radio Clyde, christ there is no hope.

Darryl King will never get this bear back on side with his Adminsitration talk when we won the leauge at Easter road, but he is one of us and he does fucking care.

This is not the time for stupid grudges any info should be taken and evaluated. You are big enough to make your own mind up if you believe it or not
