Eastcoast Al 1
DK reported that administrators have said there is no evidence Whyte has claim of the floating charge over club debts, who would have the floating charge then? HMRC or Ticketus probably. I can see the courts getting very busy over this if true.

Eastcoast Al 1
That is what the Administrator seems to be suggesting.

They are not claiming secured creditor status as they are not at this point a creditor.

He acknowledged that Whyte has a claim for it but he doesn't see how that claim could possibly be valid since he hasn't put anything in. It's been posted on this forum already, but here is his interview: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/scotland/17306585
Wreckedroy 33
Does this mean Whyte is not a secured creditor?Whyte is still on public record as a secured creditor, but according to the admins that's not worth a penny to him as he is not owed anything by the club. So far there is absolutely no evidence that he has invested a single penny in Rangers.
