Ricky_ 893
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17398419interesting development.Conroy was blasted a disgrace by Jim McIntyre after we beat Dunfermline 2-1 after Aluko went down in the Dunfermline penalty area.Amazingly Aluko was giving a ban for diving despite blatant simulation by the likes of Gary O'Conner, Maloney, Hooper & Stokes (who dived twice at ibrox last seasons final OF fixture) going unpunished in recent seasons. Conroy hasn't since been chosen to referee a top flight game whilst Crawford Alan and Ian Brines take charge at Ibrox, chopping off 2 legitimate goals and giving simply astonishing penalties for what everyone thought was a Rangers freekick inside the penalty area from a Hearts corner. What does this say about the influence of Lennon & Leiwells referee intimidation tactics of last season which seen the best best referee in the country resign from the game, his assistant resign following his children recieving threats from celtic fans & Hugh Dallas driven out for forwarding a humourus email?paying dividends it would seem. j1mgg 3,766
I saw this posted in the bbc gossip this morning.I seriously think alot of referees will quit soon and we will just get a worse standard coming through.
Ricky_ 893
I saw this posted in the bbc gossip this morning.I seriously think alot of referees will quit soon and we will just get a worse standard coming through.will brines be overlooked like conroy? will crawford allan?brines disallowed 2 legitimate goals vs kilmarnock. Wasnt there an incident against Celtic last season when a player picked up the ball with his hands inside his box thinking it was a foul... and brines didnt know what to do so just played on?crawford allans penalty decision against hearts is the worst i've seen in a long long time.it reeks of bias that referees who are seen to make a decision in favour of rangers are no longer selected as top flight ref's, and forced to resign. kirkiebear 1,013
Well there you have it, if you dare give Rangers a "dubious" penalty then you will be hounded out of the game.

Creampuff 22,628
A relatively poor ref - probably second or third best in the country.
blueben_d 40
That's two referees forced out of the game for displeasing the celtic minded.Meanwhile every other ref make mistake after mistake but because they don't benefit us or harm celtic nothing is done.Take a look at our supposed best referee giving corners that shouldn't be and embarrassing himself on the European front yet he still gets top games.
