Super Ally

I cannot believe some fans are jumping on Super's back after today's performance. We played a team who are a division above us, and certainly not the poorest team in that league. With a bunch of players who havn't played 90 minutes in 3 months and with some of the players probably barely knowing the others names. Yes the game went to extra time, but we were never in danger of losing it. Most of our attacks were just one good pass away from opening them up, that comes with match fitness.

There are going to be times in the coming months where we don't play well. Every team goes through a period of struggle, and we can't jump on our managers back because we're in division 3. Put any side in a professional-semipro league and they will have off days. We need to give Ally the patience and time that he has already devoted to the club. Once we establish a regular starting eleven, and our youths begin to get a feel for the game, we will become a good team on the eye. But whilst we're trying to establish match fitness, a starting line-up and integrate a squad that barely knows one another...don't expect us to play liquid football against division 2 and 3 teams.

Super Ally is the man to take us forward, 110%. I just hope some of our "fans" give him the years he deserves at the helm. Some of the comments on here today were disgraceful from our fans.
