Mor3los_1 3,672
Got my new gaming PC and was setting it upbut have a slight problem. I keep on getting no signal on my monitor. Connected it via the blue cable that comes with it, HDMI and connected it to another monitor but still nothing. Any thoughts?

j1mgg 3,766
Boot your pc and press f8 to open troubleshooting options and then select VGA default. This should boot the computer using 640 x something. Once booted up you can mess about with the resolution to get it to your monitors highest spec.If when you boot the pc you can see the bios screen and loading screen then the above should work, if it doesn't you will have to connect a VGA cable and go into the bios and change the display output. Mor3los_1 3,672
I was having a blonde moment. Was plugging everything into the motherboard instead of the GFX card, everything is working fine, thanks.

Mor3los_1 3,672
As I thought Was looking at the back and saw "HDMI" and thought it must go here. Obviously not, was only when i looked further down i saw another HDMI input being the GFX but it didn't say it was HDMI so it confused me
