Kurtz 19 Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 good scouting or not how are we supposed to eventually compete with a team that spends around 60% of revenue on it's squad wages,when CG is limiting Rangers to 33% ?That seems unrealistic,or is that a temporary figure?One thing it is not is operational presently, & I'd be surprised to see that one come to fruition but Charles heart is in the right place just by suggesting what amounts to a salary cap Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
