I am not up to speed with Shares and Takeovers, so I really don't understand what this is?I could be wrong but I believed if you were in the process of trying a takeover you had to declare it to said Panel, they then publish the news and certain process have to be followed.But it could be bollocks as Im not as well versed as Kerryfail posters on finance.
