The second is to allot shares for cash without first offering them to existing shareholders. Does this indicate subject to getting cash for shares ( what level would they charge) to either themselves or their friends there by diluting all the rest of our shareholding and keeping themselves and friends in power Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
