My problem with the team is that we try to play wide and stretch the game but teams have 2 banks of players sitting inside us, meaning we have no short pass options. We need to play tighter, with players with pace supported by someone up top who can hold up play. Get closer together, play triangles, lots of movement with Wallace and Foster pushing up to support.

If we just all moved in 10 yards we could

a) provide more options to pass to a teammate, look to pass around them

b) if we lose possession, have more people closer to the ball to win it back

Our width, if we need it should be from our full backs, not our midfield or strikers.

Little, Faure & Crawford in.

Foster, Aird & Jig out.

Not many more options than that tbh, can't disagree with people saying put Mohsni up front either as Daly has been poor.

Unless Clark is fit to start which i don't think he is.

Daly is largely left unsupported by midfield and left double marked. We need to get players closer to Daly, and tighter as a unit. We play too wide when against these teams we need to play around them.
