youth loanees

Yesterday I was with Tom Walsh's uncle and I mentioned that I saw he scored for

Stenhousemuir on Saturday, so asking how things were with him he told me that

although he signed a new deal this season he didn't want to under ally.

Tom sat at the signing talks where McCoist was telling him he was part of his first

team plans and would see plenty of game time?

Young Tom gave McCoist plenty of examples last season where not him but other

youth players sat on the bench as unused subs when the games were already won

with plenty time to spare.

It's fair to say the young players attitude towards ally is not one of gratitude, Tom

eventually signed a deal on the promise he could go out on loan, If all the youth

feel this way then we have further work to change their attitudes into a positive

frame of mind.

I hope that in January we see some of these young lads wearing the shirt, I'm sure

they will give their all which is a damn sight more than the primma donnas are giving

us.
