France coach Raymond Domenech was recently slapped with a touchline ban for making comments judged to have brought the game into disrepute. As he now risks missing France's all-important Euro 2008 qualifying clash at the San Siro, he will hear the results of his appeal today...

France coach Raymond Domenech hopes to hear today that the touchline ban that is set to keep him out of France's clash with Italy at the San Siro is to be rescinded.

Les Bleus' manager Domenech was issued with the santion after making what UEFA called "inappropriate" comments about Italian football to La Parisien, including:

"The main problem could be the referees, but that’s often the problem with Italy."

"In the past there have been rigged games like the France v Italy Under-21 qualifier for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney.

"They had bought the ref and the cheating was incredible. If it happens once you have doubts. There are hidden agreements in Italian football."

France are currently two points clear of Italy in Group B, the two World Cup finalists set to face off for the second of their two Euro 2008 qualifying meetings this Saturday in Milan.

Domenech is nothing but a f**king pr!#k, possibly the most annoying manager ever! :angry2:
