diesel0412 1
can we no terminate his loan deal or is that not aloud???
FlippinEck 3,708
surely the rule should be (although i dont think it is) about signing a professional contract with 3 clubs and playing for them, there is certain leeway at times with these situatons and if he is just a loan player here, in a different league, it shouldnt matter if he goes to blackburn
Muff 245
Faye had been training with Rovers following an unsuccessful loan spell with Rangers and Hughes was hoping to wrap up a move following the departure of Robbie Savage to Derby. However, FIFA rules stipulate that a player can only turn out for two clubs in a season and Hughes says that law has scuppered the move. "We were made aware of the possibility of having a look at him first-hand on the training ground and we've always taken the opportunity to have a look at players," Hughes revealed. "But there's an issue with the fact he's played for two clubs this season and if he came here that would be three, so our understanding is that we won't be able to play. "It's hard on the player involved because they could go out on loan and when they come back to their host club, they can't go out again. "It's not worked out for him at Rangers in that he hasn't played as much as he'd like. He's trying to get his career back on track so we said we'd have a look at him but that's as far as it's gone. "We are looking for players and if we can do something sooner rather than later then that settles everybody down."
