What do they think of what they did to the British in Palestine when they were the terrorists? They don't approve, or rather the only person I asked it of doesn't. Seems to be a small part of our history that is unknown/forgotten. Rather a lot of our history is unknown/ forgotten, I didn't know that was though, I've known about it since I was a kid. Funnily enough so did my old man, he was in the Forces at the time, posted to Germany rather than 'Palestine', he is bitter to this day about it, very anti Israel, but very much against anti semitism (that's not surprising as he'd seen some of the camps and attended the Nuremburg trials). I'll never forget his reaction when I asked him early last year if he'd look after my dog for a week - 'You're not going there are you'?
