The American ace, 26, told pals that puffing on the water-filled pipe — also known as a shisha — “knocks me right out”. And he admitted he “can’t get enough” of the fume-filled pastime. The player revealed his hobby on his Facebook website page. Hookahs are used to inhale smoke which has been filtered through water. They’re popular in Arab countries, where the tobacco is often flavoured by being soaked in fruit. They can also be used to smoke cannabis. Last week Beasley announced: “Can’t get enough of my shisha.” When a pal asked which flavours he liked, he replied: “Right now I’m on the cherry. But I’ve got mint, apple, grape, chocolate mint, berry and strawberry, haha.” And when another friend asked why he wasn’t smoking orange, he replied: “Yeah I might have to get that — you know orange knocks me right out.” But last night health experts warned using a hookah was WORSE than smoking cigarettes. Heart and lung specialist Dr Edward Rosenow III, from the renowned Mayo Clinic in the US, said: “The tobacco is no less toxic — and hookah users actually inhale more tobacco smoke.” Beasley also said his £90,000 Aston Martin V8 Roadster — nicknamed SKITTLES — had been scratched by yobs, weeks after his BMW 650i waswrecked outside his Glasgow home. So that's what Beasley's been up to Yeah, they're the same thing. I used to talk to Beasley on Facebook, he's since made a new profile though. It's private, but still, love the default pic.
