Could john brown be on to something here?

If what the OP posted is true it is a very valid piece if information which may well explain why D&P sold to Green and raises some worthwhile concerns.

It would mean ticketus have positioned themselves, behind the scenes, to recover their investment at the expense of the other creditors. May also explain why D&P structured the sale in a manner that allowed players with transfer value to walk out of the door instead of being sold off for the creditors pot. Alarm bells should be ringing. If true its the sort of thing the press should have been all over, but typically haven't been because real investigative journalism has been woefully lacking throughout this saga - except where the opportunity to attack us has been present.

Can't understand the criticism of bomber on here. He may not be the most articulate fellow, but he is doing his best for the club which is more then most. People need to open their eyes. Why wouldn't Charles green have named all of his investors by now? I personally don't want a delay in renewing season tickets because we need to keep the club afloat. But if green really is the front man for a deal to get ticketus their money back, and if D&P have been working towards this end rather then seeking the best bid for the club and creditors, then people shouldn't turn a blind eye to it. Blind faith is what let Whyte in.

yeah, it would be much better to show blind faith in brown, a man who has spouted nothing but shite so far, and I have serious doubts about his ability to fund the club. I don't have these doubts about Green because he has already put his money where his mouth is.

More pertinently why would an apparent Bluenose with cash to burn not step in to save the club when it was available for £6m??? Someone who isn't a Bluenose did. McColl has done fuck all to convince me he deserves my respect let alone my support. How many guys on here would have stepped up to the plate when required had they been in the same financial position that McColl is? I know for a fucking fact I would.

repped

There wouldnt have even been a week of uncertainty if I had the type of money he has. Id have bought us probably before even whyte had came on the scene.

Did ticketus not fail to come up with 500k to allow TBK to become preferred bidder, even when TBK had publicly stated that they would repay a large chunk of the money Whyte got. So i dont see them giving Green 5.5M to buy us and maybe get the same return. Ticketus took out insurance over this deal and will get a return there without resorting to illegal deals with D@P etc.
