why is a club playing in a rugby loving city getting all the best younger players. What happened to all the edinburgh lads with promise, years ago, heading through to glasgow to play their games on the west coast. It's a total u turn now with the best lads travelling through there to play. Something has to be done to reverse this trend. Our scouting system is shocking, or the ability to coach these lads to a standard required is not up to the job. We need it sorted like yesterday imo.

if ally done his job correctly we would have youngsters in their third year, having played over a hundred games and ready for the challenge ??

Disapointing isnt the word - the easy fix manager doesnt include youngsters

as he is a novice in managerial capabilities.

division 3 were exciting times for alot of rangers fans because these kids were

getting a chance not through allys choice but circumstances
