  1. It's a great question. He's been much better with Caixinha in charge. Probably the only positive so far.
  2. Name a game, other than the initial 6-0 victory against Hamilton at Ibrox where Rangers have played well with Caixinha at the helm?..... And Murty was directing proceedings against Hamilton.
  3. I think that rumour is nonsense. But other than one good game (if memory serves it was the 6-0 game against Hamilton at Ibrox) he's been poor. I'm not Halliday's biggest fan but I think he'd be better in midfield today than Toral.
  4. How does Toral keep getting a start? Does he have a clause in his loan contract that he has to start because that's the only way I can rationalise why he keeps getting games.
  5. Good player but does anyone really trust he'd even play 20 league games next season?..... It's a wasted (high) salary.
  6. Shame on Murray for giving Rangers 9 IAR, Gazza, Laudrup, Gio Van B, Albertz, the De Boers etc... Shame on him for giving Walter £18.5m to clean up Paul Le Guens mess and having us in the UEFA Cup final within one season.
  7. I wouldn't say we need to bring back former players. But one things for sure, we need to sign players of much higher quality than what we have now. As long as Rangers do that in the summer I'll be happy.
  8. As much of a Rangers fan I am, if I have the choice of playing in the lower leagues or a big money move down south or abroad, I'm offski. Can you blame anyone for leaving? The only disappointing thing was the lack of transfer fee's I'm glad a lot of the high earners left actually, because we lost £14m with fairly low earners such as Kevin Kyle and Dean Shiels. It would have been £30m+ had we kept the same squad! In regards to Rangers signing Lafferty, it probably won't happen but one things for sure, we need much better players than the current squad.
  9. Done reasonably well the past few games but I don't think he's better than Clint Hill.
  10. Walter Smith cleaned up Paul Le Guens mess with £18m and took Rangers to the UEFA Cup final in the process and won 3 in a row. The manager now will require a similar amount in the summer.
  11. The manager deserves time to get the side winning on a regular basis. But if he loses his job after too many poor results there's no better replacement than the guy who cleaned up Le Guen's shambles. Failing that, McLeish would be a good shout.
  12. I for one never once questioned Walter's style of football. Okay, it wasn't the best entertainment but in the eleven full season's he managed Rangers he won the league 10 times!.... That's an incredible achievement. If he took the Rangers job tomorrow I'd be absolutely delighted.
  13. Oh how much I'd love it if Walter took the Rangers job tomorrow. I said after Rangers' 6-2 victory against Hibs in the Challenge Cup last season that this style of football isn't the Rangers way for a reason.
  14. I think the fact Rangers went out and signed Senderos tells you all you need to know about Clint Hill.
  15. I wouldn't say Tavernier, Waghorn and Warbs rejecting new deals is a non-story. I'd certainly like to know why.
  16. Lost 5 weeks in a row and now won 5 weeks in a row. Making my way back up the table! All thanks to putting Ighalo, Vardy and Kane up front.
  17. You make a good point but subscribers such as myself want more content, other than just the matches. I will continue to subscribe as it helps the club but I initially subscribed for the interviews and press conferences which are now regularly uploaded to Youtube anyway. I mean, how much does it cost to sit a player down and film him reading nasty Tweets about himself from angry opposition fans?.... haha Not much. But I know many Rangers fans wouldn't mind paying a fiver for funny shit like that.
  18. They need to bring back the daily news show they had when it was on Setanta. It really gave the impression you were right up to date on club matters and was value for money. I liked the Rangersmind thing they had going not so long ago where players had 60 seconds to answers as many questions about Rangers as they could. Why can't they do more things like that? Do some interviews with fan questions, funny challenges between players etc. More content please!!! They're really dropping the ball on RangersTV at the moment. And yeah, the Tom Miller/DJ commentary team stopped being funny a long time ago.
  19. I've joined both the main league and the head to head league. Same team name as the previous 2 seasons - Clydebank Rangers Third time lucky?... probably not!
  20. Will there be a RangersMedia league again next season?.... The site was updated yesterday and players can now select their teams.
  21. Promotion is obviously the main priority but it would be nice to win the Scottish Cup or the League Cup. I wouldn't say it was a "must" but more an added bonus. As for the Challenge Cup, Rangers must use that tournament as nothing more than an opportunity for squad players to impress. The first team regulars should not be playing. Trying to win 3 trophies is difficult enough without wasting valuable energy on a glorified friendly tournament for lower league teams to make some extra cash. But going back to the League Cup and Scottish Cup for a moment, if Celtic are defeated and Rangers are still in the tournament I'd be very disappointed if we didn't go on and win it.
  22. I was not in favour of McCall getting the Rangers job. However, his task was to improve the team and he did that. Okay, he never got us promoted but he did significantly improve the style of football and squad morale. I believe he can assemble a Championship winning squad and win the league at the next time of asking. That said, if he is not offered another contract my first choice would be McLeish.
  23. That was just an unbelievable qualifying lap from Lewis! Great response to some of the comments Rosberg has been making in regards to all the pressure being on Lewis. (which, to be fair, it is.)
