we have had plenty money to spend in recent seasons,we haven't spent that money wisely.think Clarke would get the best out the current lot and he wouldn't need much money to spend.give Clarke a decent contract with 3-4 million to spend and hell challenge for title.clarke would give the players a kick up the arse,hes tactically good,he has experience, been involved in management for 20 years,wont need a big contract or transfer budget,just a massive improvement on Kilmarnock in terms of wages and budget.can see him coming here.
