sometimes if i move too fast i get the sensation as if its goin 2 lock but thers no damaged cartilege ther now to actually lock it .. back trainin 3 times a week, playing 2 games of 5's + my game of 11s on a sat n no bother .. hopefully ul b the same .. i was only 19 wen i hurt mine so if mine had been diagnosed quicker id have got the repair surgery rather than the removal too

mine was a complete removal mate as it was twisted round my cruciate ligament ! .. Heals quicker that way .. u'd never believe how i done mine in mate, i was building a cabinet in the house & wen i went to stand up I had pins & needles and my knee just gave way under me .. agony .. but the hosp at 1st took 1 look at me n said ther was nothing wrong so a continued playing footie for a few months until it started locking at certain times causing me to fall over randomly lol .. not any fun lol !

got my cartilege out of my right knee & was back training in 7-8 weeks i think .. your knee is some shape after the surgery tho eh lol .. think the leangth of recovery depends on wether u get it pinned or removed tho mate ! .. good luck with the rest of your recovery
