  1. I'm nothing if not self aware... What do you think I have to say?! I'm absolutely loving it like everyone else. We were everything I and all of you have been desperately hoping we'd be, aggressive, ambitious, sharp, resolute. Fair play to Gerrard, I've been less than convinced but when it really mattered, beasts at Ibrox, he and his team delivered.
  2. I'm here x In fairnes I never wanted him sacked but I felt he was doing a very average job. Today he got it right, we didn't show them any respect and took the game to them. Superb from everyone.
  3. Obviously didn't score and was slightly greedy a couple of times but Morelos work-rate and aggression were brilliant. None of celtics defenders or midfielders could handle his physicality.
  4. Like he was up for the fight when he was outmuscled for Hibs goal on Boxing Day and then rolled around the ground pretending he was injured?
  5. More often than not the DOF gets forgotten either way, if the signings go well the manger is praised and if they're poor he takes the criticism. Regardless of who gets the final say, they need to actually sign a couple players who can improve the first eleven.
  6. I think we should always have cameras on the away dugout, puffa jackets need protecting.
  7. Haha. Okay mate. If you say it's plenty, I'll never use such a dreadful phrase again. Sideways pass..cross...sideways pass....cross...sideways pass....cross. No, nothing braindead about that, at all. I'm sure it'll start working at some stage.
  8. They can't bring themselves to accept he's not a God.
  9. I agree with you but he hasn't find anything different all season long. Unlikely a manager as cautious and conservative as him will change now.
  10. The record against celtic, Aberdeen and Hibs is horrific. And still people think Gerrard is doing a free job. He's just about level par, at best.
  11. You're not from Compton, all the chat about where you're from is getting tedious. I guarantee there would be plenty of people on any Rangers bus who would agree with me he's a poor manager. You're talking about keyboard warriors and then making preposterous threats about what happens to people who "speak down to the Rangers manager" on Paisley Road West. You're hurting because we're still shite, we all are, it's grim that we aren't making the progress we should be but having a go at me because I don't rate Gerrard or Tavernier, isn't your answer.
  12. He does that very infrequently. More often he balloons hopeless cross after hopeless cross into the stand or drills corners into the first defender.
  13. You're right about the God thing, it's tragic the way some fans are all over players who let us down time after time.
  14. I doubt there's any real money to spend. Couple of loans is probably the best we can hope for.
  15. Do you think he will? I genuinely dont, unfortunately. They are awful at the back and if we got right on top of them and made it claustrophobic, I think they'd struggle. But Gerrard will have us sit off and yet again, we'll make them look good.
  16. Hahaha!! So upset Gerrard is rightly starting to get criticised. You constantly calling other people "mongos" and "retards" is also a good one.
  17. Why bring rugby into it? What on earth does that have to do with anything? Gerrard is proving to be a mediocre manager and you're struggling to accept it. He stands with his brow furrowed biting his collar but does nothing to change our set up or style of play. All season long we've been passing sideways then going wide before launching a hopeful cross. We can all see it's not working but your hero Slippy G does nothing to change it. He's falling short week after week.
  18. We are we "finding his tools"? Isn't that his job? You just can't bring yourself to concede he's doing a very average job. I don't think we should get rid of him or anything like that but he's got as much improving to do as the players.
  19. Firstly we aren't steamrolling anyone, secondly we don't have better players. We have more players and one or two with some quality but Jack, Coulibaly, Mccrorrie, Candeias, Lafferty, Halliday, Worrell, etc are no better than most Aberdeen/Hibs players. Thirdly, we have an overly cautious manager in the dugout who wants to stand chewing his jacket rather than doung anything that night actually change the game. He was known as a player, by Capello amongst others, for being tactically braindead but at least he had ambition, dig and he positively affected games. He's still tactically braindead but he's lost the ambition and positivity.
  20. What're you talking about? I've never said that about Coulibaly once. Can't you stick to being wrong in the boardroom section? No need for you to infect the actual football threads with your cluelessness.

  22. Halliday was weak for the goal, totally outmuscled then rolled around holding his head. Aside from that he played well but "immense" is a ridiculous word to use in relation to his performance, no surprise from someone as clueless as you.
  23. The manager is full of fear and negativity. Overly cautious in the extreme. If we don't win on Saturday he'll have failed to beat Hibs, Aberdeen or celtic in 7 attempts. And I actually think he'll sit in against them and hope to nick something.
