As for the outsourcing 'deals' - all key processes and functions at RFC are now controlled by Murray's companies. Not one of these contracts were competitively tendered. Where else in industry do you know of a situation where outsourcing isn't competed? Exactly none ! This includes ticket administration (Resource Handling), all the catering (corporate functions, Argyll Restaurant, match day catering etc, all done by Azure Catering - yep another Murray's company. There a a few more examples, but I don't have the time or inclination to list them at this time of night. Lets just say I've had the opportunity in life to question the club directly on these and other issues - I'm still waiting on an answer on their contracting policy. It's posts like this that let down your argument, to be honest. I've already said that I don't like people leaving early, but they pay their money so it's up to them what they do. What I really object to is you - or anyone else for that matter - thinking they have the right to define what a "true Rangers fan" is. What the hell gives you the right to decide who is and isn't a true fan? So they have a right to leave early but I don't have the right to express my opinion on what I consider to be a "True Rangers Fan"? That's what you're saying here. Most of us on here know EXACTLY what it is to be a true Rangers fan, I would suggest those that don't are the same people that decide to slink away 15 minutes before the final whistle. I bet CR wished he'd never opened this thread. This is a good wee site, with lotsa helthy debate. That is something we should all welcome, less RM becomes more like other sites (ie ££). I think what you are seeing is, opinions of fans that dont actually go to games, albeit this one was a friendly, and base their assumptions fom press pictures. Pitch is looking great - this is a silly thread based on a poor press picture - end off !

Understandable frustration TBH, and it will be a long, long time (maybe never?), before we are truly out of our bad debt situation. Chucking season tickets, etc, doesn't make much of an impact, other than it gives some the excuse they crave to not support the team. In circumstances like this, you need to fight from within, hence I agreed with David Edgars WDB campaign - it certainly made them notice. We are, in many respects, a sleepwalking support - the few 'fundamentalists' willing to take action, are mostly on forums like this. The majority of fans, are quite oblivious to SDM's antics and bad business accumin. I do however firmly believe the tide is 'a changing', we need to take the fight and our frustrations to Murray and co. To do that effectively, we need to unite and speak with one fcuking loud voice, and aim the focus of this at Murray, because we all know he hates personal criticism. Rant over, and I'm a bit scunnered !
