There have been four or five threads lately that have asked what words of the songs were being sung. Some of them I thought unusual that people wouldn't know (for example the line "fuck bobby sands, he's deid"), others have been more unusal. At the time I was going to start a thread where people could post complete lyrics to a song, by way of a good reference point (of course, the Rangers version as some differ very slightly). I decided against it as there probably wasn't enough call for it. A few threads later and I'm thinking it would be good. Maybe even referenced on Rangerspedia? Anyway, be good if someone could be bothered to start it (I'm on my phone at the moment and using the web isn't so easy. A lot of the away games are slowly turning into boring atmospheres too tho, motherwell and falkirk this season for example.

As BlueIsTheColour said, sadly internal politics dictates groups talking to each other and arranging things, if this wasn't the case I'm sure they would group up more often. Also Rangers staff don't care about atmosphere, in fact they don't like it as it would mean more hassle for them both money and time wise. Thats why we have little chance of getting a large all-standing singing section.

We have had our fare share of encounters with people at Ibrox, just a few weeks back some guy reported us to stewarts for standing up after a barrage of abuse. Also my latest encounter at the last Falkirk match when 10mins after full time when the majority of fans have left a fan physically pushed me down the stairs as I was trying to get to a bag on the other side of the stairs, informing me that "Its a main walkway you can't stand in it" he then had the cheek to report me after it. This is the things even people who are trying to make a difference at Ibrox has to put up with shit of there own fans, most people can't be bothered with the haste of singing and view people who can as annoying.

Bottom line is the majority of fans people who turn up at Ibrox don't want singing, they find it annoying. And if someone tries to start a song, they view him as a numpty or a crazy cunt.

They do it at every match.
