Gutted after tonight, BUT that is on experienced players who are either done or did not turn up. I still think we will win on Sunday, have a good run in the EL, and be in Europa after Xmas when they wont and wont even qualify for the EL, and win the league and at least one cup, maybe even win the treble. I do not see anyone up here challenging us bar them and they imo are weak and vulnerable. There are issues of failing new players and team sclections/formations/tactics thought that after tonight badly need sorted. Both for the EL and domestic.

I am the opposite probably. Grew up with that great Liverpool team/s of the late 70s to early 90s. Had a Hitachi strip from my auntie when I was about 11/12. Loved watching the Souness-Rush-King Kenny era. As an adult, used to travel to Newcastle on a regular basis on business and have a soft spot for them as my 'english team' like most scots did/do.
