He done nothing of note, caused Barca no problems and was (as he is in every big match agaisnt a good side) an empty jersey. Cousin played very well today. Made a lot of good runs and took his goal well. It was a shame for him actually becuase he got in a lot of good positions in and around the box and wasn't played in. Must be very frustrating. More of the same please Cousin. I hope he stays too.

With complete fractures like that your looking at at least 6 months just for healing. So it'll be even longer until he is back playing, if thats even possible.

Good points guys. Yeah, we have been very good at keeping the ball in order to hold onto a slender lead late on in the european games come to think of it. But the long ball stuff has to stop unless it is being played properly. i.e. have a big player up top who can win the ball, flick it onto players who should be running off him into space, or who can bring it down, hold up the ball and then play someone in. Theres little point in winning the header and the ball goes out of play or back to the other team. A good team should be able to adapt their playing style easily in order to break down any defence. SO I don't mind trying the long ball in games where its difficult to spray the passes around on the deck.

Excellent! Now Celtic may have scored 2 goals with their ONLY 2 shots on target in the 1st half (which is much, much better than we managed to be fair), but they were shagged left, right and center tonight and the scoreline flatters them deeply. Celtics "world class players" were posted missing most of the game and Barca showed them what real class is. No doubt we'll hear all this "well at least we scored" and "at least we gave them a game" pish, but the fact is Barca created more chances against Celtic and have already scored more goals against Celtic in one game than they did against us over two. We took points of Barca at home. Celtic lost.

John Reid disgusts me deeply for his part in an illegal war and his previous believes and associations. However, although hes a prick for having such a dig, he has a point. We should not be a selling club if we are to be ambitious, and to be honest their board is showing a lot more desire recently than our own.
