For those so convinced he should go......who are you so convinced we could attract who would do better ? 
 
I think the support have no appetite for McLeish, De Boer, Davies, Wright, McInness.....there is simply no convincing argument that they will do any better with the budget available and that for any manager it will be slow progress. And those of us that want Pedro to stay see progress....albeit slow. But unlike McCoist and Warburton there is a feeling there is at least a foundation being laid to build on with Alves, Jack, Dorrans, Morelos a decent start and willing to give him at least another window to build further. 

More time. I think we are improving and he's bought well overall (yes Pena looks a questionable use of funds but all managers have made pricey errors)
 
celtic have built this squad over years, we are barely getting started. We've had one good window, and I'd like to see how we are shaping up going into January before judging.
 
When the window shut we knew we lacked quality in final third and Pedro will know that too. We need more time to let him get more players of the standard of Alves, Dorrans and Morelos. 
 
And in addition to a lack of quality in final third, we missed two first choice defenders and we don't yet have the depth to cope with that in an old firm.
 
I think the players are on his side which is key in what's still a difficult transitional period for the club. I firmly believe we should stick with him for now. 

It's difficult but everyone needs to calm down.

We should have had a penalty first half, Gordon has made a great point blank save second half.....we're second best today but not miles away. 
 
As others have said the key difference is final third....they have Sinclair, Roberts, griffiths and dembele in reserve. We don't have that yet and it's the one area we failed to really improve in summer. If we do that we'll be a lot closer.

It's difficult but everyone needs to calm down.

Same team as today but Pena for Niko and Herrera for Miller. Hopefully we have more options available by then....hoping for some transfer activity. 

If we go three up it would be an ideal game to get Pena involved with the pressure off. 

In control of the game. Far too much hysteria after the Hibs and Hearts games. We are improving, a long way to go but on the right track. Can we now give the management and team some time and stop over reacting....both positively and negatively....from game to game. 

Agreed. Watched many games at Ibrox under Mcleish and Smith eras, from title winning sides, where we played no worse than this and won. But we had that wee bit of extra quality to produce something special.
 
i don't see the desire to blame Pedro today. We just need a bit more quality in final third. A striker and a winger/attacking midfielder. 

I don't think it's as bad as it's being made out on here, as we've definitely been the better side, but improvements in every area are needed.

This Danny Wilson Q&A is killing me.

My worry would be we'd then be lacking goal scorers in the team, hard to judge how many goals the likes of niko Dorrans and Windass are capable of getting from midfield. But I'm not against the idea. I just feel niko needs to prove his worth off the bench over time and earn a starting place.

I'm hopeful Windass can have a good season, hopefully he gets support in the ground because the wrath he gets online is OTT.
 
Niko will get his chance to prove his worth, but now is not the time. 

I do appreciate he has shown character flaws in the past, but he's now had some time out of the game to contemplate past errors and I really think he'll now be in a position to have a very positive impact on his next club.
He did great jobs at Preston and Derby, and did some great work at Forest who were a side fearing for their Championship status when he took over in his first spell. It didn't end well, but then circumstances were difficult at Forest at boardroom level as reputable managers in Steve McLaren and Alex McLeish later found out.
I don't think the way it ended at Forest should dampen the fact Davies has proven himself to be a very talented manager who has had a positive impact at every club he's managed. I really think a more mature Billy Davies will now be ready to fulfil his potential.
I do like the sound of Warburton on paper, the man management accolades from fellow pros and his modern approach to management, but I just feel nervy about a guy that has done very little beyond 18 months at one club.
