manager= richard gough assistant=ally mccoist reserve team coach=ian durrant youth team coach=brian laudrup perfect mix imo,we have laudrup to bring on our kids and if you ask me what better start could they have by learning from him,durrant has been doing well as reserve coach with the bananas hes had to work with,mccoist because hes a legend and the motivation factor along with the help he could give our strikers,and gough as hes had manegerial experience,is a steady and calming influence and because he'd sort our defense out. altogether we would have the best of defense,best of midfield and best of attack leading us into 2007
