  1. Aye but we'll probably have to pay for it
  2. Lastest pics of the scars: Ah shit sorry your on about his leg. My bad
  3. took a 75% pay cut but recent performances say that hes still being over paid by 25%
  4. RIP, Snr Kelly. condolences to the family. Got to ask: Did Lemmon get interviewed after the news was broke about Kelly?
  5. That'll be why he booked him, less of a penalty
  6. Been on twitter and came across Jorg Albertz take on it: "the hammer doesn't condone diving, but the poor lad just wanted a winners medal to give his aunt for mothers day! chucky aaaar llllar" Obviously a fake but funny none the less.
  7. Whens the highlights on? or will they not be shown
  8. If ye canny win the treble yer a tim if ye canny win the treble yer a tim oh, if ye canny win the treble, canny win the treble, canny win the treble yer a tim. Followed by Bouncy, bouncy
  9. Aye like i said, it would only be fair seen as the ref may as well lead the taigs out the tunnel in their top.
  10. I know we can't affoard not to play him but McCulloch could be a massive liability if we lose a goal early on and Goian should be replaced with Perry. i'D go with :McGregor: :Whittaker: :Papac: :McCulloch: :Aluko: :Davis: :Edu: :Kerkar: Its only fair! But if we had to play one man down as usual, id ditch Little and play McCulloch just behind Kerkar
  11. The best thing to come out of today was that he didn't look out his depth. Yes there were a few dodgy tackles, but hes young, it was his debut and he wanted to prove a point. Whats wrong with that, McCulloch still makes dodgy tackles quite often and hes near the end of his career not the start. As for Aluko, yes i'd have liked to see him start but to be honest i don't think he would have had as much enthusiasm in the latter stages if it were the same situation (2-1 down)
  12. Edu gets tripped yet its their freekick? Refs a tit, if you don't see the foul you don't give the freekick.
  13. My top 3 Albertz: used to 'pop' into Mather Hire in Helensburgh quite often, Top bloke Klos: bumped into outside a supermarket, was a bit awkward so didn't say much McLeish: was mascot a couple of times when he managed Motherwell, used to drink in 'Tennents' also (He even put up with ma Da and hes an arsehole, so top bloke just for that )
  14. Why couldn't we affoard to pay £40k a week wages? Quick reasoning: Jelavic we paid £4m on a 4 1/2 year contract @ say £15k a week (for arguments sake) the total (less bonuses) we would have paid for his services over those 4 years would have been roughly £3.35 million in wages and the £4m purchase price = £7.335m (then add goal bonuses, apperance fees etc) in reality he stayed for about 1 year 5 months therefore we spent just over £1m in wages and the £4m = 5m. Which we then made a small profit on by selling to a team in England. Now the last time i posted something similar was with regards to Joey Barton, i would have loved it if he came up here for a year and 5 months (just to keep contract lengths the same for argument sake)on a £40k a week contract. IF we got him, it would have been on a free and @ £40k a week = £160k a month therefore over a year and 5 months we would have paid out £2.72m in wages. Then there would be the money made from selling, granted if both players went for free then yes it would be worse with Barton. SO why couldn't we afford a player on £40k a week, yes it would encourage other players to ask for more come contract renewal but if we implemented a pay tiering system 1 Top earner (not necessarily @ £40k), 2/3 very good players, then squad players.
  15. Aye not much, just £249,999 more than he put into us
  16. "Losing these four stars will be just the tip of the iceberg." What 4 stars are you referring to? The FIVE STARS on the shirt or 4 league titles either way your a tim and we'd still be the most successful club in the world, so shove that up ur arse ya cunt.
  17. Ally and only Ally, it would be an absolute disgrace to look for another manager. 1. He had to follow in the footsteps of Walter (majority of fans would be comparing Allys performances to Walters) 2. He couldn't buy the players he wanted 3. The stress of all this shit even in the early stages did him no favours. 4. The most important of all, He needs to get a few over on that ginger twat.
  18. "It's been a hard slog that has cost Kennedy £330m, not least because the experiment of combining a top-flight rugby club with a declining football club, Stockport County, was a disaster. County have plummeted through the divisions since it was bought by Kennedy's company Cheshire Sport. Now he has secured the Edgely Park stadium for the Sharks, sold the club to the fans and they pay rent to stay at the ground." Hmm not good reading. Granted that was 2007 but seems he had mad ideas at times.
  19. Hopefully we could still offer one or two players upto £20k a week as long as they are worth it. i.e. davis and mcgregor. FFS the manks can manage to waste upto £40k on the likes of keane, bellamy, and others. Where are they getting the cash from?
  20. Never doubted they would sign, but im annoyed that people have slated these players for not signing. As far as im concerned the only reason they had no signed sooner was this: They were also desperate to have an assurance that no non-football staff would lose their jobs. Granted they haven't quite got this but imagine the uproar if D+P went back on this.
