That's all that's required for the creation of a private company- unlike a public which requires £50,000 Capital. That's merely a requirement of set-up. Don't read too much into it

However, regardless of Julian Voge's status, I find it peculiar that an American with no obvious links to Scotland would use an (essentially) exclusively Scottish Law firm, surely the odds of a firm utilised already by Bill Miller for his commercial duties would have offices or the ability to register a UK company, being multinational?
