My guess is something under the Companies Act 2006, I'll find the statutory provision soon, which deals with how it's illegal for a company/director to fund it's own takeover, through borrowing of money with itself as security.

Say you'd done something at your work.....You'd except perhaps some abuse/mockery at your office wouldn't you? You'd accept it, understand it happens. I for one am glad they're back. I know they were really arseholes to our club...but how much of that was a tit-for-tat "he said, she said" They were bad to us, we were bad to them....i think with the ban no longer imposed they might start to buck up their ideas.

With regards to assets. The Stadium is a very, very tricky asset to sell. With Ibrox's status as a listed building, the land where it sits-which would be the most valuable aspect and what people would want..CANNOT be tampered. They can't tear down Ibrox to convert it to anything, due to its listed status.
